This is a little side project I'm starting to see where baking takes me.

My passion for baking started out in medical school when I realised that baking helped me get through stressful times. This escalated when I noticed that friends enjoyed eating what I was making and I got baking books and looked up recipes to help me better and improve my baking skills. I love everything about baking, the ingredients, the fact that I start with many different things and end up tra

nsforming it into something else altogether that is enjoyed by everyone. I hope you guys enjoy eating my cakes/cupcakes as much as I do making them.
