We love a zoo/wildlife park/safari park and try to visit the nearest whenever we’re away. So on our latest trip we went to the Lake Districk Wildlife Park which was such a lovely day!

Birthday Lunch at last Monday

How has it already been a week since this absolutely delicious meal with the best views of lake Windermere and the nicest staff 🥂

Rory booked this for my birthday lunch and it was such a winner, we shared the most delicious Tempura-battered Halloumi which was some of the best I’ve had

Rory had the Any Pork in a Storm Burger filled with a pork and chorizo patty topped with BBQ pulled pork, crispy pancetta, and smoky cheese, which was a dream burger for him. 🙌🏻

I had the Bavette Steak Romana Sandwich with red pesto, fresh rocket, Parmesan, and chimichurri which was absolutely unreal 😍😍

The staff were great, from the moment we walked in they were so welcoming, super helpful and friendly especially to our little one who spent the meal smiling and talking across the room to them. 🥰

It was the perfect location for a birthday lunch and I would definitly recommend if you’re in th area
