Managed to cook a meal ad home yesterday. It's not happening as often as I would like to because I am busy but when it happens I like to make something really nice. Here we have coconut chicken and squash with some egg fried rice. Anyway, what I was gonna say is that I only have 3 Saturdays free this year so booking them now is essential.
