Brew Day today.

It's back, our "Dipa" "a pint of bow and a bag of pork scratchings please".

Alright we realise this isn't a Dipa at a humble 5.4%. However this beer is a Dipa in everything but abv. With a 25g/L dry hop and 1.03 finishing gravity, this a big thick hop monster.

Strata, superdelic and mosaic.

Double Beer Drop!!!

The enriched beer series is a two beer series exploring different hop products and yeast strains developed to, increase flavour and reduce production losses on hop forward beers. We created two beers using these hop oils with different yeast strains to see if it was possible to replicate or improve upon the flavour imparted by traditional hop products. The goal, to make a more sustainable IPA.

Both brewed with citra Dynoboost and T90 and Nelson sauvin hop keiff and T90 same hoping regimes one with a yeast strain capable of unlocking bound thiols (powerful aroma compounds in hops) one conventional yeast.

Our Collab with Dirty Carrot Records 🥕 is finally here and launching in our tap room the cellar door The Cellar Door - Misfit Tap in both can and keg over the weekend. For the launch Ophelia’s Beard will be performing in the cellar door Sunday 5th Ophelia's beard is described as New wave folk, with a hint of punk and madness.

For this one we got hold of some fresh as f**k motueka from New Zealand 2026 crop. It can't have been off the vine longer than 2 months. Stinks of calippos both on the rub and in the wort.

Heavy helpings of it both in the whirlpool and dip hop along with citra and nelson.

1st in a new series of beers called crispy.
A series of crisp, hop forward, seriously crushable lagers crafted perfectly to pair with street food and refresh simultaneously.

This NZ Pils is a Collab with our friends
Brewed to cut through the richness of bolder street foods and refresh the pallet whilst quenching the thirst. Appropriate in the current climate Hopped with a trio of New Zealand hops Eggers Special, Nectaron and nelson. Espect citrus passion fruit and a balancing dank note.

Pair with burgers, smoked meats and gyros. 🍔🥩🌯
