We were delighted to recently welcome three winemakers from some of the most highly regarded vineyards in the Cรดte de BeauneโJean-Baptiste Jessiaume, Philippe Chavy, and Pierre-Antonin Darviotโfor a series of bespoke masterclasses and curated lunches.

Being spoilt for choice, this rare insight covered Lieux-dits from multiple appellations:ย Santenay to Chassagne, Meursault to Puligny and Volnay to Beaune. Tasters were enthusiastically taken on a journey through the multi-diverse profiles of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with an array of wines from ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ป-๐๐ฎ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐บ๐ฒ (Santenay), ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ (Puligny-Montrachet) and ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐-๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป (Meursault). With each producer excelling in their field, tasters were provided extraordinary insight into their individual expertise and styles, coupled with traditional values enhanced by modern techniques, resulting in a technical masterclass that elevated beyond the norm.

Following these events, we received several exclusive, rare parcels from each producerโs cellar for our UK customers. There are some incredibly unique and extremely limited wines here with several rare Magnum releases not to be missed โ some of which wonโt ever be available again!โ
