💚 Su***de Awareness Day 💚
West Belfast is a community that has been greatly affected by su***de. Too many families have felt that loss, and too many people are carrying struggles that nobody else can see.
At Mo Chara’s, we want to be more than somewhere you call in for a coffee or a bite to eat. We want to be a warm, welcoming wee community hub — somewhere you can come through the door, have a cuppa, have a chat and feel like somebody is there to listen.
If you’re struggling, please don’t feel like you have to carry it all on your own.
Share your troubles. Share your stories. Have the conversation. Sometimes simply saying things out loud can help lighten the load, even just a little.
Our door is open, the kettle’s on, and there’ll always be someone here to have a bit of craic or lend an ear. 💚
And remember — asking for help is never something to be ashamed of.
Coffee, food, craic & community. That’s what Mo Chara’s is about. 💚
