Introducing the hired help for this weekend’s gig ….pizza

We’ve been chatting about doing something for a while now and when the asked me to come down and help out with their 10th birthday celebrations, there was only one man I wanted to do it with.

It’s something that’s out of both our comfort zones but I’ve no doubt that we’ll have a blast doing it. Can’t wait now to start slinging some za on Saturday. Hope to see you all there!

For real though, top man. Genuinely couldn’t have done the last few years without him. Best of luck from the whole Pi Guy team. We’ll miss you when we reopen. But let’s all hope you pick up coding in less time than it took you to open a pizza. All guesses welcome on how long that took below 😜

ANNOUNCEMENT: WE ARE CLOSING…for now 😭

So the time has finally come to say goodbye, at least temporarily. Sunday July 14th will be our last day of trading in . It’s incredibly hard to believe that it’s been 2 years already but unfortunately all good things come to an end. The sheer amount of interest in what we’re gonna do next has been a bit overwhelming. It means a lot that people make such an effort to reach out and are actually interested in what we’re gonna do next.

So for the next couple of months our DMs are open and we’re gonna be available for some private gigs/ collabs/ kitchen takeovers (the first time in nearly 3 years). Slide into the DMs if you’ve something interesting coming up and want us to come sling some top tier pizza.

In the medium- long term we do have plans, but I really can’t say too much about them. That’s gonna have to wait for a few weeks. But I promise you it’ll be worth it.

We’re back today from 5pm and plan to have a shedload of dough for weekend ahead. Hopefully no sell outs. See y’all at for the last normal week of trading ✌️❤️🍕

A heartfelt thank you for being such a stalwart, putting up with my moaning and always being able to crack a joke at the right time to lighten to mood. Make sure you all go visit her at where she will undoubtedly be regaling the regulars with tales of sugar and spice and all things nice.

What we’ve been up to lately…

With all the news about TM potentially closing in Aug we’ve decided to stick our fingers in our ears this week and just make some pizza. Obviously we are the hopeful cooler heads prevail in this saga, but in the meantime here’s a few slides of some super crispy big pies and an extremely unimpressed face when someone text me to ask if I fancied a Saturday afternoon pint. Come on now, where are all the pizza chefs at (or aspiring pizza chefs)?

We want to expand our small team. The only non negotiable we have is that we want someone who is enthusiastic & passionate about making pizza. Experience is desirable but not essential. Position will be 20- 30 hrs a week. Hit us up by DM for more details or tag someone you know who’d be a good fit.

Yesterday was such a lovely day for us as a family. We were celebrating Mother’s Day and I was reflecting on how lucky we are to have in our lives. The woman is a force of nature and she makes everyday more enjoyable. Her enthusiasm and natural talent for motherhood is beautiful to watch and be a part of. Simply put, she’s the best mum (and wife) ever.

Secondly, we celebrated our little Charlie’s 1st birthday. Those who know us well know that we fought hard to bring him into the world, and we are so lucky to have such a beautiful little boy who makes us laugh, and smile ear to ear everyday 🌈🎈🎂

Sometimes the general day to day throws of life gets on top of you and it can be difficult to stop and take stock, but thankfully yesterday wasn’t one of those days. I’m extremely lucky to be surrounded by such an amazing family, and I love them dearly.

Back this week as normal with pizza related posts aplenty.
