It’s coeliac awareness month so that means we going to see shelves overrun with new items to build awareness right… right??? Just like the other free from awareness months *couvegangh*… RIGHT???

Now some of these are new and some of them are just new to but I’m sharing here instead of my usual story highlights to show just how mundane some of the “new” items could be to anyone not coeliac and seeing us get excited about a frozen steak pie and penguin dupes! Can’t wait to see what else hits the shelves this month and fingers crossed they’re here to stay 🤞

Live footage of us trying to decide what to order when everything on the menu is gluten free!! Yousins it’s actually hard having more than two options. Just a snapshot of Rome so far and maybe one day I’ll tell yous about how I accidentally went to a gf cafe without realising and only bought a drink just to use the lavs 🙈🙈🙈 KICKING MYSELF!!

How do you pan a cake? 🥞
There are so many ways to eat pancakes whether store bought, home made, or out and about but can we all agree that pancakes are just he best no matter how we have them?
Here’s a few we’ve had over the years of being coeliac and ok maybe the ones we had in Paris facing Notre Dame hit just a little bit different but adding some chocolate spread and custard to the pancakes in a Japanese style dorayaki are also a huge favourite and probably what I’ll be serving up this year as we adjust to our new family routine 😆
