Can you believe this wee business turns 3 years old today!!
3 years of ups, downs and everything in between - this business also celebrated a huge milestone this month by paying off the last of our debt. When we started here, all our capital was used up making the building ready for opening so that meant we had to take a huge gamble and put all the equipment (cookers, ovens, fridges etc etc) on finance.
Doing it this way put a huge strain on the business and us personally but we always knew that if we could make it to 3 years then it would be paid off. So we knuckled down and pushed as hard as we could to build the business and make friends, which has stood us in good stead for the next phase of whatever this wee business may turn into.
Anyway, hope I didnβt bore you there but I wanted to share the journey thus farβ¦..Sarah and I cannot thank each and every one of our customers enough for their support - it really means the world to both of us.
