If you’ve been with us since the beginning, you know our Filipino Pork BBQ has been on the KUBO menu since day one. and honestly? It’s never going anywhere.

In the Philippines, BBQ is practically its own food group!! We make our own pineapple ketchup from scratch for that perfect sticky glaze, and serve ours exactly how it should be: with a little pot of s**a (spiced vinegar) on the side.

How you tackle it on the go is totally up to you… we pack it with a knife and fork, plus hand covers if you want to eat Kamayan-style without the mess. Or, keep it traditional and dive straight in with your bare hands!
