We have a handful of the Survivalist 'Embrace the flame' Special edition left.

This sauce uses the Scotch Bonnet chilli, adds a little fruitiness in the form of Orange, Pineapple, and Mango, then adds some Caribbean curry into the mix.

This sauce sells out most weekends, so grab some before it's gone for good!

We had a great night at the Ards & North Down Taste Awards last night.

I think we did well last year at The Guild of Fine Food's Great Taste Awards, so it goes to show that you can have heat with flavour!

Why We Do What We Do

As a lover of hot and spicy food, I’ve always wanted a bit of an extra kick to my meals. Whether it was a curry, a chilli, a sandwich, noodles, or chicken wings the offerings from the supermarkets were never quite right.

For years, super hot sauces were just that... Super hot, with next to no flavour. Recently though, smaller, niche, artisan sauce makers have begun to spring up, bringing balance to their sauces. We try to fall into the second category by not only using the hottest chillies in the world but also combining them with fresh fruit & veg found locally within Belfast & Northern Ireland when possible (unfortunately, we don’t quite have the climate to grow mangos here).

We hope that you’ve enjoyed all our sauces to date and I hope that you’ll love the ideas that we’ll bring to life in the years to come. Thanks for all the support so far!
