Jackson Greens began nearly 17 years ago when at the ages of 20 and 23 we opened our first greengrocers in Carryduff, followed a year later with a store in Belfast City Centre. David had worked with fruit & veg from a young age, initially part-time while at school, before working full time for another local greengrocer. Fast forward to today and we have moved into bigger premises next door to our original shop in Bridge Street, Belfast, and work solely from there, concentrating all our efforts from one location, with the help of a fantastic small team of people! We have recently launched a new website where those who can not come to us, can still enjoy our fresh fruit and veg as we deliver throughout Northern Ireland. Within those 17 years we have also got married, had 3 children, now aged 11, 8 & 6, and moved back home to the family farm outside Bellaghy, near Magherafelt where David also farms with his father. Life is busy, and very chaotic at times, but we love what we do!
