Have you ever heard of a pieologist? They're people who jolly up your face with pies.

The guys at Jolly Pies employ them to cope with the demand for their pastry perfections. A business was born when the local rugby team devoured a sample box we sent in. They just couldn't get enough and we knew we had to make more. We sold out at our first gig at Belfast's St Georges Market. We knew then we were starting a bit of a pie revolution. What makes them so special you ask? Well, our ingr

edients are all very local and whether they were beats or broccoli, they lived happy lives. And we all know happy ingredients make for happy eaters. We've combined the brilliant ingredients we are lucky to have on our doorsteps. With a strong tradition in farming and hospitality, we were always going to look at making a really great pie. Awards:
We haven't won any YET, but the cattle we use have! Aberdeen Angus Champion and Blonde Champion Beef at Allams Christmas Sale 2012 (NI's premier beef sale). Fact:
We love them with minted mushy peas and a glass of red wine!
