What a brilliant day at the Ireland Food Show yesterday! 🥤

Wayne was flying the flag for our three drinks brands, Papas Mineral Company, Longbridge Drinks Co and Irish Sisters , showcasing everything we make here in East Belfast.

The feedback was fantastic…with lots of genuine interest…some really promising conversations and plenty of potential new customers and stockists to follow up with!🤩

For a small family business like ours, getting our drinks in front of the right people is so important. It’s these opportunities that help us build relationships, open new doors and continue to grow.

Safe to say Wayne has a busy few weeks ahead following up on some exciting opportunities! 👀

Well… that little soft launch went better than we ever imagined! 🎄❤️

Our first batch of Irish Sisters Mulled Spiced Cordial has completely sold out, and we have been blown away by the response.❤️

With warming blackcurrant, cinnamon, clove and festive spices, it has been described as the smell and taste of Christmas in a cup. 🎄

One lovely customer enjoyed her first bottle so much that she came back for another five for friends and family!🤩

Thankfully, another batch has now been bottled, just in time for the colder weather and winter nights.🥶

Simply add hot water for a warming non alcoholic drink, or add red w**e and hot water to make your own mulled w**e. 🍷

Di**le… what a day!! 💚🥤

We genuinely cannot believe how busy it was today! You cleared us out of so many bottles that by the end of the day we were pretty much down to Elderflower as we ran out of our lemonade! 😂

Thankfully we managed to get restocked before finishing up, so we are FULLY stocked and ready to go again tomorrow with Papa’s, Longbridge Drinks Co and Irish Sisters … including a fridge packed with cold Longbridge sodas! 🙌

We have had such a brilliant weekend here in Di**le for Blas Na HEireann and the Di**le Food Festival. The atmosphere has been amazing and it has been lovely meeting so many people from all over Ireland.

🥈 We got SILVER!!

Our Belfast Coffee Cola picked up Silver at the Blas Na HEireann Irish Food Awards 2026 and we are absolutely chuffed!

With over 3,000 products entered into the awards this year…and everything blind tasted by the judges, bringing a Silver home to Belfast for our Coffee Cola feels pretty special. 🥰

Our Coffee Cola has become a real favourite with our customers too…
We love seeing people try it for the first time and realise just how well coffee and cola work together.

Now it has a Silver to its name as well! ☕️🥤

Well, our new Irish Sisters Mulled Spiced Cordial did not last long! 🍂

We brought it along to Taste Autumn today for its first outing and sold out. It is all those lovely festive flavours in one warming drink, just right as the evenings start to turn chilly.

We are back tomorrow with more Mulled Spiced Cordial and the rest of the Irish Sisters range. If you missed out today, come and find us for a taste! ❤️

We’ve been keeping this one quiet… 👀

We’re just finishing bottling up the first batch of a brand new Irish Sisters flavour today. The labels are going on, but we’re keeping them out of sight for a few more days 😉

We’ll reveal it this Saturday at Taste Autumn at Bangor Castle. Come and find us to see what we’ve been making.

We are heading to Taste AND at Bangor Castle, bringing Papas Mineral Company, Longbridge Drinks Co and Irish Sisters cordial, mixers
And sodas all along with us.🥃

There will be over 30 local food and drink producers, chef demonstrations and foodie talks to enjoy. Then it is just a short stroll through Castle Park to the Chilli Festival in Bangor Castle Walled Garden 🌶️
