It’s all fresh, and made by us.

We don’t over complicate anything, just simple everyday ingredients from Gerry at McElroys greengrocers and meat from McAtamneys Butchers. Then all we do is add nice salt and Taquitos Adobo Paste on our fresh tortillas.

By tasting everything and adjusting with lime or Natural Umber apple cider vinegar, we bring the flavours to the level you expect!
