Based in Belper, we are a vegetarian and vegan 'deli', selling unique and thought-provoking food. Our recipes are seasonal and vary throughout the year depending on what produce is available. We try to make use of local and organic ingredients where possible including vegetables, cheese and rapeseed oil. With the environment in mind, we never use plastic packaging and operate a zero-waste policy,
surplus food is donated to local homeless shelters, vegetable peelings are composted and ingredients packaging is recycled where possible. Our food is cooked by hand, with love, and we use 100% renewable energy. Find us monthly at:
