Our crispy pig’s head with passion fruit - same favourite, just in a fresh new shape.

A little update to one of our classics, now perfectly bite-sized (arguably even easier to devour) and every bit as delicious as before.

And while we’re here… can we take a moment for our beautiful new plates from Rock Garden?

We asked a few of you what your favourite dishes at Wild are… and there was one clear winner.

Baron Bigod from Fen Farm Dairy with our Wild Farm honey flatbread. Rich, creamy, indulgent and (apparently) very hard to share.

A dessert that so many of you mention.

Lemon meringue, miso caramel and pumpkin seed granola. Bright, sharp and sweet 🍋

Our crab hash brown with Granny Smith apple

Sirloin on the bone with shallot sauce.

Simple things, done properly. Beautiful beef, cooked over fire.

Carrots cooked in lamb fat

Not a dish, but something so many of you mention…
Our individual cutlery drawers, built into our custom-made tables. A little detail that makes dining at Wild feel that bit more special.

Clean lines, natural light and a calm, airy dining room designed to let the food do the talking.

We look forward to welcoming you soon!

At , Jude, our Head Grower, is always experimenting and learning - from testing soil health and trialling different growing methods, to introducing a new wormery, vermi compost and natural approaches to growing stronger, more resilient plants.

This summer, we’ll even be running control tests with Sungold tomatoes to see just how much healthy soil impacts flavour.

Because for us, it all comes back to the plate. Strong, healthy soil grows strong, healthy plants and that means produce with more depth, more character and, most importantly, more flavour.

The kind of ingredients that don’t need much fuss. Just good cooking and a place at the table.

A look back to a recent visit to with Jude, our head grower, talking us through what was growing just a couple of weeks ago.

As we slowly emerge from the hungry gap, the farm is flourishing. Sweet bell turnips, sugar snap peas, early courgettes, parsley, tarragon, lemon verbena (destined for cocktails), and that fleeting season of British asparagus.

Jude and the team have made the most of the polytunnels through winter to give us an early start, helping bridge the gap between seasons and bringing the first signs of summer to the kitchen.

And perhaps most excitingly… 500 broad bean plants have gone in. So while this heatwave may have arrived early, summer on the plate is only just getting started.

If you’ve dined with us recently, you’ll already be tasting the shift. And we can’t wait to show you what comes next.
