The weather might be warm, but Gregor, Jeff, and Fraser have been up at first light all week tending to the Christmas trees! 🌲☀️
​It’s crucial to get the work done before the temperature peaks so the trees aren't stressed by the heat.
​Fun fact: Right now, some of our trees are growing 1cm a day, but only for a month! But even at that speed, it still takes about 10 years for the average tree to reach its full height. ⏱️📏

Happy Father’s Day to these two amazing dads of five, who work tirelessly to keep our family and the farm growing year after year. 🌲❤️

Today, we celebrate not only them, but all the dads out there!

We’re also thinking of those who are missing their dads today, and anyone finding Father’s Day a little difficult. Sending love to you all.

Best wishes from our farm to yours” Like most other people we have been tuning into in the evening and yesterday we were lucky enough to visit as farmers ourselves we can’t thank enough for the awareness he has raised to the issues within British farming🚜 Thanks also to all of you who support our farm every Christmas🎄🥰

Now Christmas is upon us we just wanted to thank all our customers both old and new for choosing to have one of our Christmas Trees. It’s a real privilege to have trees that we’ve looked after over the years in so many homes.

We would also like to thank Greg,
Geoff and Fraser for their help throughout the year and this years retail crew at Berkhamsted, Hugo, Isabella and Stanley who returned to help us out for the fourth year running. We had some brilliant young weekend staff, and for a few of them it was their first job and of course all the men and women on the excellent field crew.
