I’m very excited to see that my first extraction of this springs honey is a light honey. A first for me!
I’m often asked if my honey is Raw Honey… yes it is.
Raw honey is only strained before it’s jarred, which means it retains most of the beneficial nutrients and antioxidants that it naturally contains.

After a winter in the hive this queens white mark had worn off making it difficult to spot her. Today I spotted her and remarked her white. The colour tells us her age. White was the colour for a 2021 queen.
