Originally created by Ross and Pauline Boston in 1993, the shop has had new custodians - Roz and Mark - since 2023. But it continues to operate largely in the same way and with broadly the same ethos. We pride ourselves on stocking organic, fair trade, cruelty-free, GM free products, whether edible, wearable or just nice to look at... oh yes, & the non-consumable too. You will struggle to find as

broad a range of foods, drinks, non foods and gifts anywhere less than 60 miles away in any direction (and not just if you head East!)

We aim to serve the community with as least harm to the world, animals etc as possible. We are a REAL Living Wage Employer livingwage.org.uk

If you can't see a product you're looking for, just ask our friendly staff, who will be pleased to help.

🛁 We’ve always stocked Faith In Nature shampoo & conditioner, and now we also have Alter/native refills by Suma Wholefoods

An honourable mention, we sell The Bio-D Company concentrated multi surface cleaner.

Plus after many requests we sell Ecoleaf non-bio unscented laundry liquid too🌿
