Today’s cheese taster is “Doddington”
named after the village where the company is based and using milk from their own dairy in Doddington.
It is described as something between a Leicester and a Chedder and is delicious.
We think it pairs quite well with an ice cold, sweet Strawberry Cider!

This Sunday 21st June is Father’s Day!

We have lots of lovely things to give to the special man in your life from our ciders and wines, rum, apple brandy and gin, local beers, cheeses and snacks and handmade mugs. We’re sure we’ll have something perfect for the occasion!

We also do gift boxes so choose your bottles and we’ll box them up for you for free and we can even put together a selection of of items that compliment eachother perfectly 🙂

We are open 10-4 today and we have a newbie in for you!

Introducing Red Dragon, an Apple and sour cherry cider and we have it out as a tester for you to try!
This is a limited edition so if you want some then get in quick 🫣

We also have a cheese tester out too, today we have Alnwick from Northumberland Cheese. A Wensleydale with mango & ginger, succulent chunks of mango and gentle ginger bring a fruity, slightly acidic flavour to the creaminess and smoothness of Wensleydale cheese.
