Yesterday was such an amazing day!

Absolute pleasure to be there to support the reopening of a village pub, after facing permanent closure, the village and surrounding community pulled together to ensure the doors can remain open, and glasses remain full.

A little bit about Eryri Slice…

We bought this trailer at the beginning of 2024, where it sat in the field for a year, with all intentions of it one day becoming a food trailer of some sort.

At Cae Llwyd Farm we’ve been serving pizza on the campsite since 2021, and after the birth of our baby boy this year we had more motivation than ever to make the pizzas more of a venture for our little family.

So in March, we had a baby, started lambing, kidding the goats, and decided that we weren’t busy enough, so we figured it was the perfect time to start building the trailer.

We’re so excited for the future of this little trailer!
And the plan is to incorporate as much of our own farm produce into our delicious wood fired pizza as possible!
