Thick patties are making a comeback 🍔

It's a never-ending debate at The Rustic... are you team smash burger or team thick patty? Recently, smash burgers have been very on trend, but thick patties are making a serious resurgence.

Using aged Herefordshire beef from our brilliant butchers in Knightwick, a thicker patty really lets the quality of the beef do the talking.

Fancy giving one a go? You can upgrade any of our smash burgers to a thick patty and decide for yourself which side of the debate you're on.

We've also got a special on at the moment that's proving seriously popular... 'The Purist' 🍔 Thick beef patty, chopped pickles & onions, burger sauce, toasted brioche bun.

Served wrapped in foil to let everything soften together in its own steam for that proper old-school burger experience 🔥
