Land B**r!

Our OFFA and KING OFFA have been getting a lot of love recently which we're very thankful for!

These b**rs follow the German tradition of celebrating local ingredients in their truest form... unfiltered and unfussy in production, malt character shining through and no modern brewing products come near this (not to say there isn't a time and place for those... just not here!) allowing the local hops to shine... honest, tasty and refreshing... true Sussex land b**r.

Styles vary with Land B**r but ours sit firmly in the Pale Ale category with a nice body and mouthfeel, heaps of herbal hedgerow hop character and a balanced malt sweetness...

Good things take time… and this week we welcome back 3 new casks to our line up... it’s been so hot this Summer it’s the first time in a long while where a pint of cask hasn’t been our go to… but when you see a fresh cask being poured the l***r can wait…

Coming into condition this week is our OFFA Land B**r! 4.5% / A Sussex Pale Ale with English Godiva, Bullion and Harlequin hops… Of the Land… For The People…

Along side that is the cask version of our NZ Pale with Rakau and Nectaron 4.8% / a super sessionable pale made for the sun...

And finally our big juicy NEIPA with Citra and Strata 5.6% which is pouring now at our HEIST. Market bar

Can’t believe we’re in the middle of January already… from everyone here at The Three Legs we hope you had a great Christmas and New Years. The festive period can be a pretty hectic time for us (and you too I'm sure...) keeping up with orders and getting b**r to our beloved pubs, bars and customers as well as making sure everyone has a lovely time at our .taproom and hheist market bar, so apologies for the radio silence… hopefully you enjoyed a few b**rs anyway…

This isn’t a 2025 wrap (funny how those don’t seem as popular this year after Spotify’s fall from grace…) or a mission statement for 2026… we’ll just be over here continuing to brew b**rs we love to drink (which we hope you will too!) with the best ingredients we can source, exploring hops and styles, continuing to hone our recipes and brewing methods and perhaps drinking the odd pint along the way… sorry algorithms...

We hope this new year brings you joy, love, adventure and good health and perhaps some nice b**r too…

P.S. If you’re currently on the dry Jan wagon apologies for the tempting photo, keep going… we shall see you again soon… but remember to support your local, make up for it in Feb!!!
