❤️🍕 A Little Appreciation Post for Lexi! 🍕❤️
I just wanted to take a moment to say how incredibly proud I am of my stepdaughter, Lexi! ❤️
Lexi started working with me back in August, and watching her confidence grow over the last couple of months has been absolutely lovely to see.
She's gone from learning the ropes and taking orders to becoming a real little asset to the business! 🥰
Nearly every time we finish a shift, I let her have a go at making pizzas herself, and I have to say, she's getting seriously good at it! She makes a brilliant pizza! 🍕🔥
Now we're just waiting for her to get her mock exams out of the way, and then she'll be doing her Level 2 Food Hygiene course so she can get more involved with preparing the food rather than just taking orders.
But more than anything, I just want her to know how proud I am of the young lady she's becoming. ❤️
Well done, Lexi! Keep being you, keep learning and keep growing in confidence. I absolutely love having you working alongside me, and I'm looking forward to seeing you become even more involved.
Who knows, one day she might be making better pizzas than me… although I'm not quite ready to admit that yet! 😂🍕🔥
