We're excited to be bringing fresh, unhomogenised milk to the market. As always, we're keen to minimise waste, so we'd love to get an idea of demand beforehand.

To guarantee your milk and help us avoid waste, please pre-order from Caliendo’s Gelato by 4pm Saturday night. Milk will be collected fresh on Sunday morning, ready for market day.
