Cereals - found in wheat flour

Lupin - may be present in wheat flour

Soya - Soya lecithin is used in the production of chocolate

Milk - present in butter, chocolate, ch

eese, cream, caramel

Eggs - used in our cookies, brownies, quiches and sweet pastry

Nuts - used in some of our cookies and brownies, including peasnuts, almonds and hazelnuts

Mustard - wholegrain mustard used in the production of our Honey and Mustard Gourmet Sausage Rolls. Sulphur Dioxide - may be present in rum, gin and other alcohols used in our brownies
