🐑 Head Stocksman / Shepherd
We’re looking for the right person to take a lead role on a progressive farm.
Running around 1,600 ewes (pedigree and commercial) alongside a small but growing fold of Highland cattle, this is a hands-on position in a modern, intensive system.
You’ll be working closely with the owners, managing staff, and expected to set the standard day-to-day.
You’ll need:
• Strong stockmanship and attention to detail
• Proven experience turning out pedigree stock
• Confidence managing people and working as part of a team
• Ability to handle pressure and keep standards high
• A willingness to embrace modern tech and grazing systems
• A capable dog
