🇮🇳✨ NEW MENU – A HOMAGE TO THE HOMELAND ✨🇮🇳

I’ve just returned from a special trip back home in Punjab, India ❤️ reconnecting with family, tradition and the roots of our cooking.

This week’s menu is inspired by that trip 🇮🇳🔥
I’ve refined my skills learning from family in the kitchen 👩🏽‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳
Brought back beautiful spices grown in my own farm # 🌾🌶️
And I’m introducing a brand new dish I learnt while I was out there 👀✨

Back on the menu this week:
🐐 Goat Curry (by popular demand!)
🧀 Paneer Makhani – rich, creamy & full of flavour
🥕 Fresh Homemade Pickle – made the traditional way

We’ve been busy in the kitchen getting ready to kick off the new year properly…
👉 we’ve taken the break to restock and craft some batches of homemade samosas & spring rolls! 🥟🔥
