🌶️ The secret to our Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi Samosa? It all starts from scratch... 👨‍🍳

No jars. No shortcuts. Just proper ingredients, fresh herbs, fragrant spices, and plenty of time.

From gently warming whole spices, to blending our own masalas, chopping fresh coriander, and creating that rich, fiery Jalfrezi sauce – every batch is handmade with care before it ever finds its way into one of our samosas.

It's a lot of work... but we think you can taste the difference. ❤️

We our back at Biggleswade Market tomorrow with fresh homemade samosas.

We are bringing homemade chilli sauce pots for you to try with your samosas.

We will be taking a step back in July and August (every other week) so we can enjoy the summer too. All will be back to normal in September.
