We wanted to share this post from RWB Accounting & , what a great initiative!! We fully support this for people to buy their pumpkins from a pumpkin patch rather than a supermarket chain. Get out in the mud and enjoy the experience! Spending locally and supporting local business helps EVERYONE
Thanks to everyone that has visited us, please do tag us in your photos Bincombe Bumps Pumpkins
This weekβs goes to Bincombe Bumps Pumpkins where we spent a morning pumpkin picking followed by the Spooky Family Zone including a bouncy castle, haunted house and toasted marshmallows!
This week's Lo5 is also about supporting our local farmers.
Farming is a tough gig. Long hours, unpredictable weather, rising costs and a whole lot of hard graft. Events like this provide a fantastic opportunity for local farms to diversify, welcome the community and generate some much needed income. Iβm sure Jeremy Clarkson and Kaleb Cooper Clarkson Farm can attest to this.
So if you get the chance, get out there, take the family, pick a pumpkin and show our local farmers some love!
What's Lo5 all about?
The idea is simple. Encourage everyone to spend just Β£5 a week with a local business.
Weymouth has around 55,000 residents. If every single one of us spent an extra Β£5 locally each week, that's an incredible Β£14.3 MILLION a year supporting our local economy!
More money circulating locally.
More independent businesses thriving.
More jobs supported.
And a stronger, more vibrant community for all of us.
Small actions make a big difference.
A little shout out to last week's supporters, CJ Mortgage Hub Ltd and Beaumont Jones
And now I'm passing the baton to Paul Hines at CSMG⦠who's getting your this week?
Let's keep spreading the local love!
