🍰 We’re hiring! Dessert Shop Manager Wanted 🍩

Do you have a passion for desserts and customer service? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced dessert shop manager to take charge of our shop and bring new ideas to life!

Responsibilities include:
💫 Oversea the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring everything runs smoothly from open to close
💫 Keep our social media up to date with the latest treats and promotions
💫 Help with creating staff rotas, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring excellent customer service
💫 Get creative! Help us come up with new menu ideas and seasonal treats

What we are looking for:
💫 Experience running a shop - someone who is comfortable managing operations, keeping stock levels up to date, and leading a team
💫 Creativity - we want fresh ideas for the menu and social media, so if you’re a dessert lover with an innovative streak, we’d love to hear from you!
💫 Leadership skills
