Jammy sponge cake. 🍰

I wanted to create something that you could hold In your hand.

Super soft morish sponge cake with a Jammy centre 😍

Its definitely a trial and error make and bake. 😵‍💫🤯

Ive made a few of these to trial the weekend, they are gluten and diary free too. So if you want to get your hands on these you better be quick.

🎡 Wombourne Carnival is back! 🎡

Wombourne Civic Centre.

I cannot wait to see all the fantastic floats this year! The theme is “On the Farm”, so I’m really excited to see what the schoolchildren create — they always do an amazing job. 🐄🌾

The carnival is free to attend, with lots of things to see and do. If it’s anything like last year, it’ll be a brilliant day out. Don’t let a bit of rain put you off — last year the weather turned around and it ended up being a fantastic day!

I’ll be there serving breakfast, lunch and dinner options, with everything celiac safe and dairy free, plus a variety of choices to suit different dietary needs as usual. 🌱

Everything is fresh nothing is dry or dead looking. The veg doesn't die under the lamps and the meat is moist and best of all they do gluten free ❤️ all the trimmings- stuffing, gravy and yorkieshire pudding.

I've eaten here a few times and it hits the spot every time.

If your looking for somewhere that makes a proper roast then go here.
