A newly opened hidden cocktail bar tucked away inside Kings Court, in the old Milk Cake Man spot just off the High Street.

Dark, moody and intimate inside, with a great soundtrack to match. The cocktails are seriously well put together too, with the menu developed alongside Katie Rouse, co-owner of Couch Stirchley. The service was amazing too- friendly, welcoming and really added to the whole experience.

A great little addition to Kings Heath and definitely worth seeking out.

Tried a few dishes including the Barbecue Chicken Curry, Barbecue Pork Shoulder Curry and Turmeric Fried Fish.
The special board was a winner too crispy new potatoes with whipped Laughing Cow cheese.

11/10 worth a visit!!!

A Middle Eastern coffee house serving up plenty of flavour. We ordered the Mixed Meze with Harissa Hummus and Damascena Fuul, alongside a mango milkshake and Arabian Spiced Coffee Dallah.
Served with premium Sukari dates and a smooth tahini dip.

Stopped by for some Badam Milk (contains nuts), Karak Chaa and Mango Dessert. A nice little spot for something sweet and a good cup of chaa.

Goldie’s Pizza Shop on Colquitt St, Ropewalks is a newly opened New York and New Haven inspired slice shop!

We went for the Joey, American Hot and the Tie Dye Vodka Pie, the vodka pie was definitely the favourite.
Finished off with the NYC Baked Cheesecake, which went down very nicely. The b**r glasses being chilled in the freezer were the icing on the cake! 🍺

The staff were amazing, the vibe was chilled and those massive 22 inch New York style pizzas are definitely worth checking out when you’re in Liverpool. Definitely one I’d go back to.

Not actually a bookshop, but an award winning modern British bistro on Aubrey Street. Started with the trout, followed by pork chop and potatoes. Really enjoyed the food and the relaxed atmosphere a great little spot in Hereford.

An award winning independent burger spot that came highly recommended when visiting Hereford, so I had to give it a try.

I went for the Dirty Clucker with truffle fries. Proper tasty burger, loads of flavour and the fries were spot on. Definitely lived up to the recommendation and somewhere I’d happily go back to.

Halawaat a Middle Eastern dessert café located in Moseley, Birmingham.

We ordered as a family the Halawaat Creamy Desserts one Nutella and one Lotus Biscoff along with the Khash Khash Milk Cake and the Pour Over Soft Serve with Spanish Latte. Also went for the Caramel & Pecan Frappe.

Everything was spot on, good portions and plenty of flavour. The milk cake and creamy desserts were the standouts.

They also had a sticker station, which the kids loved, they had a great time bedazzling my soft serve 😂

Good food, something different and a nice place to bring the family. Definitely worth checking out if you’re around Moseley.
