The brutally honest bakery was born out of a desire to create sumptuous, indulgent treats that are free for everyone to enjoy. Sometimes all you need is a BIG FAT SLAB of chocolate-based goodness. Our first product range the BIG FAT SLAB does just that. Each slab of Rocky Road, Brownie or Krispy cake has been carefully crafted to be enjoyed by everyone including those who can't, or choose not to, eat dairy, eggs, nuts and gluten.

Our delicious new Rhubarb and Custard sponge is now available as a Father's Day special. Rhubarb base with stewed Rhubarb throughout toppped with hand-piped custard flavoured buttercream.
