We offer several varieties of homemade sausages, including our famous pork sausage, made with organically sourced pork, and our Merguez sausage. We make organic lamb and beef burgers, as well as some home cured meats. All our meat is cut to order on site, freshly prepared by our talented butchery staff. We also offer a range of pork pies, black pudding, cooked hams, and the legendary Lashford’s sausages
We offer a friendly and personal service, and will even deliver locally if so required. We work closely with other specialist food businesses in Birmingham, such as Leverton and Halls Deli and Coffee House opposite the shop, and Loaf Community Bakery and Cookery School
We've become an important part of the community locally and try to do our bit for charity too, including raising money for Acorns Children's Hospice, Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice, the Mary Stevens Hospice, Waldsgrave Hospital Oncology Unit, and even doing a charity sky dive for Queen Alexandra College.
