Every day gives us a choice.

We can’t go back and change yesterday, but we can decide what we do with today.

Every healthy meal, every walk, every workout, every glass of water, every positive thought and every decision to keep going is a step towards becoming the person you want to be.

Don’t worry about being perfect. Focus on being just a little bit better than you were yesterday. Those small, consistent choices may not seem like much in the moment, but over time they create incredible results.

Remember, progress isn’t about competing with anyone else. It’s about becoming a stronger, healthier and happier version of you.

So today, choose to believe in yourself. Choose to keep going. Choose to make one positive change. It doesn’t have to be a giant leap, just one step in the right direction.

Choose to make today better than yesterday… because your future is built by the choices you make today.

What’s one positive choice you’re making today, that’s different to yesterday? Share it in the comments and maybe that one thing will help someone more than you know 💪🏻

Take a moment today… and give yourself some credit.

We spend so much time focusing on how far we still have to go that we often forget just how far we’ve already come.

Think about the battles you’ve fought, the obstacles you’ve overcome, the days you wanted to quit but didn’t. Think about the habits you’ve changed, the lessons you’ve learned and the strength you’ve found along the way.

Progress isn’t just measured by the number on the scales. It’s measured by every positive choice, every act of courage and every time you refuse to give up on yourself.

So today, pause for just a few seconds…

Reflect on your journey.
Reflect on your growth.
Reflect on the person you’re becoming.

Then be incredibly proud of YOU.

Because you’re stronger than you realise, more capable than you believe, and you’re writing a story that one day you’ll look back on with pride.

What’s one achievement big or small, that you’re proud of. Share it in the comments. Let’s celebrate every victory together. 💛🖤

One of the most beautiful things about life is that some of your best days haven’t even happened yet. 💛🖤

If you’re struggling right now, feeling stuck, or wondering if all your hard work is really worth it, don’t give up. Every healthy choice you make, every step you take, every challenge you overcome is shaping the person you’re becoming.

Change doesn’t always happen overnight. Sometimes it takes patience, consistency and faith to keep going when you can’t yet see the finish line. But trust the process. The person you’re working so hard to become is waiting for you on the other side of today’s effort.

Keep believing in yourself. Keep showing up. Keep taking that next small step.

Because one day you’ll look back and realise that the life you once dreamed about became your reality.

Your favourite days are still ahead of you… and I truly believe that things are going to get SO very good.

If you needed this reminder today, leave a 💪🏻 in the comments and tell me one positive thing you’re looking forward to. Let’s inspire each other.

When was the last time you put yourself first?

We spend so much of our lives looking after everyone else - our families, our jobs, our friends. that we often end up at the bottom of our own priority list.

But here’s something to remember… you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Putting yourself first isn’t selfish; it’s necessary. Whether it’s taking a walk, planning your meals, going for a run, reading a book, getting an early night or simply taking 10 minutes to breathe, those small acts of self-care build a stronger, healthier and happier you.

Today, write your to-do list… then put YOU at the very top.

Because when you look after yourself, you have so much more to give to everyone else

What’s one thing you could to do for yourself today? Let me know in the comments. I’d love to hear what you come up with 💛🖤

Success comes from turning up

Turning up and doing the best you can

Perfection does not exist in every day life, what does is giving it your all in that moment

Keep that going, keep being consistent with it and commit to doing what you can when you can will be the driving force to achieving everything you ever wanted

Gooooooood morning good morning

I hope that you are well and good

I just wanted to pop a note on here to clarify a few things regarding this page

I have just finished my stint working for the UKs biggest weight loss company, where I like to think that I gave my all every step of the way. And loved my role very very much…

Did I want it to stop? Absolutely not, but circumstances, life, priorities etc.. all taken in to consideration, finishing was the right option for me and my family

That said, over the years I’ve had hundreds upon hundreds of members in my groups, some who stick with me from night one and others more recent. And if I can build a social media page where I can still motivate, and still encourage, and still support from the comfort of my chair, then I say why not.

Is this a business - absolutely not, it’s a social media page doing what I love doing. Motivating people, to achieve life changing transformation mentally and physically.

A nice Sunday morning eye opener for you, have a read and tell me if you recognise this very scenario or similar…

🍪 Just have the cookie.

We’ve all been there. We try so bloody hard to resist temptation and deny ourselves the very thing we want in that moment.

The problem is, this can become a dangerous cycle that stops us from making real, lasting change.

Imagine looking at that one cookie. You have it, you enjoy every bite, and then you move on.

You’re in control.

Instead, you resist it. You reach for the banana, then the almonds, then the apple, then the rice cakes because they feel like the “better” choice. Before you know it, you’ve eaten over 600 calories trying to avoid an 80-calorie cookie.

But that little s**t of a cookie is still there, sitting in the back of your mind. It keeps nagging away until eventually you give in… only now, it’s not one cookie. It’s five.

Suddenly you’re over 1,000 calories in, feeling disappointed, guilty and like you’ve failed. The spiral begins… all because of one decision that started with the very best intentions.

Remember, it’s not the cookie that gets in the way of your goals. It’s the guilt. It’s the “I’ve blown it now” mindset. It’s the all or nothing thinking that tells you one cookie means the day is ruined. Let me tell you it most certainly is not.

Weight loss isn’t about perfection. It’s about balance. Giving yourself permission to enjoy the foods you love, without guilt, is often far more powerful than constantly trying to avoid them.

Enjoy the cookie. Savour it. Move on.

One choice doesn’t define your journey. It’s the choices you make consistently that take you…

Beyond the Scales. 💛🖤

Fact packed Saturday

Did you know For every 1 lb of body weight you lose, you reduce the force through your knee joint by around 4 lb with each step you take.

Let’s put that into perspective…

* 1 lb lost = ~4 lb less pressure on your knees per step
* 10 lb lost = ~40 lb less pressure per step
* 20 lb lost = ~80 lb less pressure per step
* 50 lb lost = ~200 lb less pressure per step

This is one of my favourite ways to explain it when we start losing lbs and pretty crazy

Every pound you lose is like taking four pounds out of your knees with every single step. If you walk 5,000 steps a day and lose 10 pounds, your knees experience around 200,000 pounds less cumulative load over the course of that day. That’s why even modest weight loss can make such a big difference to pain, mobility and confidence.

It’s a powerful reminder that the benefits of weight loss go far BEYOND THE SCALES
