We share his ultimate go-to morning recipe. It’s simple, it’s elite!
Grab your favorite RealMeal bar.
Chop it up.
Stick those chunks in the freezer first thing in the morning. (Trust us, the crunch hits different).
Grab a bowl and fill it with your go-to base, Greek yogurt, skyr, or whatever fuels your fire.
Toss in a chopped banana and a massive scoop of peanut butter.
Retrieve your frozen bar. Crumble exactly half of it into the bowl. Mix. Done.
Take the other half, throw it in your bag, and hit the road.
That’s it. Half for the morning gains, half for the afternoon grind.
