The first single malt wh**ky from Ellers Farm Distillery in North Yorkshire has arrived for pre-order. Created entirely in Yorkshire, Three Ridings brings together barley malted by Thomas Fawcett & Sons, brewing by T&R Theakston and distillation and maturation at Ellers Farm, co-owned by Ricky Gervais.

Made using Yorkshire-grown barley and matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks, the inaugural release is bottled at cask strength. Only 1,000 individually numbered bottles have been produced.

The ninth edition in the Cù Bòcan Creations Series marries two contrasting maturations of lightly peated spirit, distilled in 2008: one fully matured in American virgin oak casks, the other finished in Manzanilla sherry casks. Together, they create notes of sweet & salty popcorn, crisp orchard fruit and cinnamon.

Ardbeg Y2K – 25 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Wh**ky

Ardbeg Vintage_Y2K is a series of limited releases from the year 2000. Combining old and new, it merges modern, innovative wh**ky techniques whilst using the old Ardbeg stills.

Laid down in 2000, this is the third and final release from this serendipitous stock. Left to buffer for 25 years, it was discovered unfinished by Dr Bill. Selecting a finish worthy of such precious malt, he grants us access to a fully upgraded, ultra-rare Ardbeg.
