Original parmo - beautiful, proper chicken, delicious

Hotshot parma - thick chunks of chorizo, just right, not too hot, some chilli's in there but beautiful

Well we struggled but it was beautiful, the flavours, the taste, the presentation and because we were his first customers when he literally just opened, he even gave us a starter of onions rings as a thank you whilst we were waiting. Staff here are also great

Absolutely disgusted with what I was served up this evening. This was meant to be an adults small fish and chips. There was a lovely lady who I asked her to take it back to the chef as that was not a fish, she came back with my plate and tried to tell me that was what a small plate looked like. I have been going to this venue for over 6 years and fish and chips has always been one of my favourites. I have never been served something that small in there before. She then said I could order something else if I wanted, I just had to go the bar and tell them.
On route to the bar, a male member of staff, walked past me with my plate, put it down on my table and said "this is the size of small and it always has been" he then went on to tell me I would not get an alternative or a refund. I don't think I have ever wanted to punch some one as much as I wanted to punch this downright rude and unpleasant person.
