Just look at those little details! 🤩☕️

To some, it’s just a puck screen. To me? It’s part of the fascinating world of espresso that I could talk about ALL day! 🤎

This little stainless steel mesh disc sits on top of the coffee puck before extraction. It helps keep the coffee bed tidy and can help distribute the incoming water more evenly, while keeping the group head a little cleaner.

It’s amazing how even the smallest details can make us think more deeply about what’s happening inside that portafilter!

I know, I know… I get ridiculously excited about these things! 🤪😂 But that’s what I love about coffee. The science, the craft, the precision and the endless learning.

Great coffee isn’t just about pushing a button. It’s about understanding, experimenting and caring about every little detail.

All I can say is… just look at that! 🤩☕️

This is what made me fall in love with coffee! The first time I saw a beautifully extracted espresso, I was hooked — and I’ve been obsessed ever since.

It’s rich, indulgent and just SO satisfying! 🤎

When I’m training, I get so passionate about coffee that I’m sure people think I’m totally bonkers… but my fellow coffee geeks and lovers will understand! 🤪😋

☕️ Sunday morning espresso experiment 🤓

Playing around with our Italia Blend and trying a longer, lungo-style extraction.

16.5g in · 56.7g out · 28 seconds.

I actually loved how it softened the intensity of this bold Italian-style coffee without making it taste flat or overly bitter.

This is what coffee is all about for me… experimenting, tasting and discovering something new. I could spend hours doing this! 🤎
