Its finished all square here in Liverpool 3-3 after 90 minutes. Sadly the Wembley dream is over, as we bow out of the Women's FA Cup 4-1 on Penalties. We got the thoughts of head coach Bryn Tracey after today's game:

💬 "I just want to commend the girls on today's performance. We went toe to toe with a regional level side today and we were not anywhere near our best. But yet again, after being 3-1 down, the girls showed incredible resilience to take the game to penalties. I think we have showed today, that we are a very good side, even when we are not at our best. And that's actually something that excites me moving forward"

The girls begin their league campaign next week with an away trip to Carlisle United ❤🖤

An inspiring day spent with fellow winners at ICC Birmingham. Proud to be in business beyond the 2 year fail stat and proud to be one of the 80% female SBS winners. Resilience was the theme - which I have had to own in spades since starting up AB Food Nutrition in 2015.

🎉🥳 Today marks a decade of perseverance, hard work and the existence of AB Food Nutrition! 🌟🔟

Ten years ago, I took a leap of faith by choosing to leave a well-paid, full-time job in order to follow my heart and create my own freelance nutrition business. It hasn't always been easy, but I have never looked back. 🙌

From the 5am starts, to endless cups of tea, and yes, even a few tears shed along the way, I am so proud to have grown my business and to be celebrating this milestone today. 🍾

Thank you to my amazing clients for your trust and support. You've allowed me to share my knowledge and passion and help you on your journey producing fantastic products with compliant labels. 🌱🛒

To my husband, your belief in me has been my driving force. You've seen me through the highs and lows and I'm forever grateful for your encouragement. 🥰

🍀📆 Here's to the next ten years of improving food and nutrition labelling - one pack at a time! 🎂💪
