Established in 1945 and based in Perthshire, Scotland, Heather Hills Farm is a small Scottish family company that specialises in award-winning 100% pure, raw monofloral and polyfloral speciality honeys and handmade preserves. With just 1300 hives across Perthshire and Deeside, our award-winning Scottish Heather and Blossom Honeys are collected using traditional methods to produce artisan honey of
superior quality and distinctive flavour. In wine terms, our award-winning Scottish Heather Honey is the Champagne of Honeys due to the geographical location of our hives and climate. To complement our Scottish Honey range, our Honey Sommelier has travelled the world to bring you The Connoisseurs Choice Range, a selection of the most finest monofloral honeys from around the world, each selected for their unique flavour and taste. All our preserves are extra fruit jams made with at least 50% Scottish fruit from the surrounding area and natural cane sugar. They contain no preservatives. Award-winning, they are produced in small batches by hand. Due to popular demand, our honeys and jams are also available in 3lb - 7lb catering sizes for the catering trade. Larger quantities of honey are available on request to makers of mead, craft ales and any other producers who wish to add honey as an ingredient to their products. We also produce our honey in smaller 4oz jars which are perfect to give as favours for events and weddings.
