J Mato & Son Ltd J Mato & Son Ltd is a family run butchery shop. J Mato & Son Ltd is a family run butcher shop that has been in business since 1979.

The business was set up by Julio Mato and was originally based on Salisbury Street until 1989 when they moved to West Street due to outgrowing the premises. Until recently the business was run by Simon Mato who has been expanding it ever since his father retired in 2005. Now Simon and Bobbie have moved on to another adventure the business is now owned by Simons right hand man Stewart and his wife
