Bakery Glow Up 🧑🏻‍🍳🔥🥧

Steven decided it was time to give the bakery a little glow up! 👏🏻

We’ve invested in two brand-new 20-grid RATIONAL Combi Ovens, which are replacing the ovens that have served us so well since we opened back in 2018 🙌🏻

For us, investing in the right equipment is so important. It helps make tasks less labour-intensive, more efficient & most importantly, as consistent as possible!

The new ovens had their first run today and just LOOK at the rise on those pies! 🤩🥧🔥

Safe to say, they’ve made a pretty impressive first impression!

Keeping our standards as high as our pastry lids 😂🙌🏻
