The most amazing meal today at in Blantyre.

Here’s what we ordered -

- Gambas Al Ajillio
- Louisiana Chicken
- The Ultimate Burger
- Cajun Pasta

When I say this is the best Cajun pasta I’ve ever tried, I seriously mean it! It was so tasty, flavoured with mushrooms and onions in an amazing creamy sauce. The chicken was SO tender!

Prawns were absolutely delicious too and a honourable mention for the tikka mayo dip for the fries, if you know you know.

You MUST try the beef brisket bites!!! They’re next level. The pulled pork sandwich always hits the spot too. Dips galore for the big dippers. Ranch is 10/10 🍕

Seriously, I just found the best Coronation Chicken you will ever try. Paired with their absolutely phenomenal, crunchy creamy coleslaw, it’s a lunch that I come back for again and again (every Wednesday after baby sensory class specifically😅🤣) . And don’t even get me started on the banoffee cake showstopper!!!

Tucked away on South Orbiston Street (South Dalziel Building), this vintage spot is a true hidden gem taking you back to the 60s/70s/80s. Go find it!

This is your sign to order a grazing box from .uk 🥕🥨 Seriously dreaming about these homemade dips. The Beer Cheese was fabulously gooey after a quick warm-up in the microwave, such a fab night time treat. 🍻, but the Ranch Yoghurt was my absolute favourite—it was bursting with flavour! Served with bread, pretzels, carrots, and nachos, it was the perfect snack spread.

Visited here last week with my auntie for some grub as I’ve seen the Colvilles have a wee moment on TikTok.

Starters the mozzarella sticks were well above average, I hate when I order mozerella sticks in places and they give me the frozen basic ones but these were super yummy! Thick, cheesy & a great portion size too! These were the highlight of the meal. The chicken pakora was nice, but very heavy on the batter.

Macaroni was super basic sadly, nothing special! The chips and curry was delicious, but you can’t really go wrong with chips and curry can you? The salt & chilli wrap was a little disappointing sadly. Not much filling, a little too spicy & tasted a bit sad really.

A bit disappointed as was looking forward to trying here due to it being so local! Anyone have any thoughts or been here recently ?

The Ultimate Comfort Food Trip to The Tudor! 🤩

Took my mum down to The Tudor in Airdrie for a gorgeous meal this week after being kindly invited down to try the pre theatre menu. We started off strong with juicy Butterfly King Prawns and classic Mozzarella Sticks.

For the mains, a rich Chicken Tikka Masala and a plate of perfectly crisp Breaded Fish & Chips.

The only way to end a meal like that? With a Scottish legend, the glorious, gooey Deep Fried Mars Bar! 🤤

La Vita Spuntini West End: 10/10 Italian feast! 🇮🇹 The perfect lineup: Mozzarella Sticks to start, followed by the combo of a Scozesse pizza & BBQ Chicken Pizza and a killer Carbonara. Dessert didn’t disappoint either with the Chocolate Cake and classic Tiramisu. Everything was absolutely fab! Hit save for your next dinner spot. 🍕

Been here twice now recently and both times the food has been lush, the staff have been so lovely & overall such a lovely meal. Definitely a hidden gem I never hear anyone talk about!
