We’ve asked our current clients about their favourite dishes over the years and we’ve selected their favourites - high in protein and a good source of fibre with lower saturated fat to keep you fuller for longer and meet your macro goals.
Delivery 1 (Sunday evenings or Monday mornings)
Spaghetti Bolognese
A firm favourite with a small glow up - Wholegrain spaghetti, lean beef and a rich savoury bolognese sauce, topped with fresh basil and reduced fat cheese fine shavings.
Red Thai Chicken Curry
Succulent poached chicken with a creamy spicy Red Thai sauce, jasmine rice, baby sweetcorn, mangetout, red chilli slice and black onion seeds
Signature Mac n Cheese
Traditionally a very comforting meal loaded in calories but we’ve given it a makeover to include a whopping 16g of fibre - bronze extruded wholemeal macaroni, reduced fat cheese creamy sauce with blended butter beans (can’t taste I promise!), broccoli and nitrite free bacon
Lean beef chilli & spicy wedges
Lean beef mince chilli, kidney beans and peppers with air fried skin on potato wedges
Shredded Lemon Chicken, Parmesan Truffle skin on fries and greens
Slow cooked Lemon chicken in a sharp zingy sweet sauce, skin on truffle parmesan chips, tenderstem broccoli and petit pois.
Order deadline Thursday 8pm for the following week. Why not grab yours- remember meals can be adapted to suit allergens. All meals are freezable on this menu bar the fishcakes too!
