We’ve been smashing out our new menu for a couple of weeks now but in case you’ve not made it down to get one yet, here’s a look at what you’re missing out on…. ft. some the glorious Spring sunshine we’ve just had.
1. Carne Picante; tomato base, fior di latte mozzarella, pepperoni, chicken, spicy beef sausage, smoked ham hock, fermented chilli hot sauce, parmesan
2. Lamb and Ricotta; garlic base, fior di latte mozzarella, 12 hour lamb shoulder, lemon ricotta, spinach, wild garlic, pecorino
3. Chicken and Chorizo; garlic base, fior Di latter mozzarella, lemon thyme chicken, chorizo jam, sweetcorn, pecorino
4. Hawaiian; garlic base, fior di latte mozzarella, smoked ham hock, charred pineapple glaze, crushed sweet chilli, pecorino
5. Mushroom and Artichoke; garlic base, fior di latte mozzarella, chestnut mushrooms, grilled artichoke, spinach crisp, pecorino
