Boxes are ready with the same contents as posted yesterday
In the meat dept
The flavoured sausages are
Toulouse ( garlicky)
Chorizo flavour (not actual chorizo)
Along with plain, honey roasted, chipolata and gluten and dairy free.
As the weather changed a bit we have a lot more Cornish chickens. Cornish pork loin joints @6.99 kg
Cornish gammon joints £6.99kg
Cornish beef brisket joints £11.99 kg
Some really nice gammon hocks £4.99 each
And I've done a good job with our pigs this week as the chops are looking really good
Also some local rib eye steaks available.

I am showing my age. Forgot to say we have started a few pony carrots just to test the demand.

If you don't mind can you indulge me .
I am truly sad to see the vine fruit and veg shop closing in wadebridge. I know how hard it is to trade in this climate. It's another nail in the coffin of independent traders.
I hate to admit it but I started in the fruit trade 50 years ago this week as fresh faced young man straight out of 6th form working as trainee manager for a company called Rowe &co those of a certain age will remember them. Then I started my own business in 1985 and we are still going.
I've seen so many changes in that time .
I have had some wonderful staff over the years but none better than those here now.
Michelle has been with for 30 years and 25 of those as my wife. And my brother Mike for 35years.
I don't think I will still be here in another 50years but we aim to be around for a bit yet.

Hello Facebook. We're at the Callywith site today as always, but we have nowhere for our On the Move van tonight.
Can you think of somewhere off the road that would be a great base for a visit from us once a month? Somewhere with plenty of parking and a local community that would like feeding?
