Have you been to Haywood yet this year for a Sunday C***r Social? If not, you should of. But all is not lost! Will Keating and friends are entering us next Sumday (13th), Ben Gregan is working his magic in the kitchen, and we have an array of delights behind the bar. Its the usual £10pp kids free, book online or pay on the gate. Hope you can make it, akways a great gig with Will at the helm. It was fantastic to have Jonathan Marshall with his mighty horse, falcons and owls at Haywood a few weeks ago. It made for a great afternoon, along with a great show from Banjovial Music . It got me thinking....what else could we incorporate into a Haywood Farm C***r Social? Anyone got any ideas? It wouldn't necessarily have to be an epic show, just something interesting to entertain us between fine c***r, good food and live music. A blacksmith demo? Archery? Something crafty? 48 synchronised cancan goats? Suggestions welcome. Thanks, Tom

Apple picking today, should anyone fancy some fresh air and c***r...

I'm planning a picking day this Monday between 10:30am and 2pm if anyone should fancy helping pick some Katy apples!? We are picking mostly windfalls, so its hard on the knees and back. But I do have roast pork rolls for energy, and plenty of c***r to numb any pain. Drop me a message if you are free and keen. Hopefully see you on Sunday for the c***r social anyway. Cheers, Tom
